Urgently required "Accountant" with the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (accounting section)
• Experience from 0to 2 years in accounting field.
• Good Command of English Language
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Team Player
Job responsibilities:
• Review invoices to ensure that all the information appearing on them is accurate and Complete and match it with Purchase order
• Verify that payable transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Preparing accrual entries.
• Preparing Other Creditor's & Local Supplier entries.
• Handling the Rental for all stores.
• Quarterly and yearly Physical count for stores and Ware house.
• Preparing monthly report for the outstanding expenses and local suppliers balance.
• Prepare month-end account reconciliations ( sub-ledger and General Ledger)
• Prepare withholding tax Return (form 41) each quarter.
• Review updated vendor detail files ( include tax Card and commercial registration form)
• Other accounting/finance support as needed
